Invoice Generator
Sold a beat, a mix, or studio time? Build a clean, professional invoice in a minute — live preview, then print or save as PDF. Your details stay in your browser.
How to invoice a beat sale
- Fill in your details once — they're remembered locally for the next invoice.
- Add the client and one line per item: "Beat license — 'Midnight' (WAV lease)", quantity, price.
- Set tax only if you're required to charge it; the totals update live in the preview.
- Hit "Print / Save PDF" and choose Save as PDF — send it with your payment link or IBAN.
Frequently asked questions
Is the invoice generator free?
Yes — free and unlimited, no account. Your business details are remembered locally in your browser so the next invoice is faster; nothing is sent to a server.
How do I save the invoice as a PDF?
Click "Print / Save PDF" and choose "Save as PDF" as the destination in your browser's print dialog. The print view contains only the invoice — no site header or navigation.
What should a beat-sale invoice include?
Your name/business details, the client's details, a unique invoice number, dates, a clear description per line ("Exclusive license — 'Midnight', WAV + stems"), the price, any tax you're required to charge, and payment terms in the notes.
Do I need to charge tax (VAT/BTW)?
That depends on your country and registration status — many small producers fall under a small-business exemption. The tax field is optional; when in doubt, check with a local accountant. This tool doesn't give tax advice.
